back and while free styling with Kukere, he kinda replied his
ex-girlfriend's recent emotional INTERVIEW. Iyanya sang:
"Yvonne Nelson, I lost your medicine. She called that she's coming over and I ride her like a jangolova. All I want is your waist, no emotions, no tears, no letters, no love, no nothing. "I really really loved Iyanya '- Yvonne Nelson reveals in new interview
The Ghanaian actress had a very revealing interview with Bella Naija today where she opened up about her relationship with Iyanya and how much he hurt her. Excerpts:
BN: How long did the two of you date and how would you describe the relationship?
YN: We dated for 7 to 8 months. We had something and I thought it was special, like he was a wonderful guy but it was all lies. He had other girls and other things he was doing. Aside the actress that was in the picture, there were a lot more. That is how bad it is. We were in a relationship and he lied throughout and he was able to do all those things because I wasn’t living in Nigeria. But aside from the distance, I feel if you’re a genuine person and you’re loyal, you would still not do that.
BN: Is this actress you’re talking about actually Tonto Dikeh?More when you continue...
YN: I feel it’s disrespectful to start mentioning other people’s names. I am talking about Iyanya because we had a thing, I don’t want to bring in a third person. There were a lot of names that people know. There was a girl from South Africa, I’m not going to mention names but she was part of Big Brother Africa last year.
BN: Most people only got to know that you and Iyanya were dating after you broke up. Were you deliberately being secretive about it?
YN: I also don’t believe in putting my relationships in the faces of people. We both had our careers and were trying to protect our fan base and that’s cool. But if you go through my Instagram page, you’d see a couple of pictures of us together. I wasn’t shy about anything but he could not say he’s dating Yvonne Nelson because he had different people he was seeing so it was very hard for him to bring it out.
BN: What did the experience teach you?
YN: There are some things that you don’t get to learn in school; people can’t advice you, you won’t even listen. You just have to experience it to learn. I have no regrets that I went through it, it would have happened anyway. We are all human beings. We fall in love once in a while but if it doesn’t work out, that’s OK.
BN: Have you moved on since then?
YN: I have! It happened last year but I’ve moved on. I’ve been working hard, been producing movies. I still listen to his music, I love his album. I love the Track 1 with MI and I love, ‘I Got It’. He is a very talented guy, I always have goose bumps on my body when he sings.
BN: Aside from the music, what else was the attraction?
YN: You can’t really explain when you love somebody. It’s everything. It was just something that I felt and I can’t explain. It was love, I really really loved him and he knows that.
BN: How do you feel about him now and what message would you like to pass on to him if you had the chance?
YN: Iyanya is such an amazing person but I just feel he needs to be more honest and be a man of his words. It’s not good if he takes advantage of women. My Mum always says any man who takes advantage of women won’t end up well. It’s Karma, it’s going to come back to you. He should treat women fairly and he should be an honest person. It’s been a while though, I haven’t seen him. He is doing amazing things in his career and I wish him luck.

Iyanya signs N60million endorsement deal with MTN
Kukere crooner and MTN Project Fame winner Iyanya today Tuesday June 18 singed a one year contract with telecoms giant, MTN, said to be worth N60 million. The N60m includes sign on fee, performances and appearances for a whole year.
Heard Wizkid signed close to N45million with MTN, while Davido signed close to N32 million. These Naija artistes are balling. Big congrats to them!

Tonto Dikeh performed at Iyanya's Kukere's Concert which took place in London last night and things got a little wild.
The singer first got audience thinking she was under the influence of alcohol when she said something about not wanting to wave because her armpit wasn't shaved and kept mouthing off.
But what got everyone wide-mouthed was when she literally fell of the stage.

Iyanya to launch his new album “Desire” in the UK (UK TOUR)
Iyanya is set to treat his fans in the UK to an intimate gig this
summer when he launches his highly anticipated album, Iyanya Vs Desire
at the London indigO2 on 9th June 2013 and Manchester’s HMV Ritz on 14th
June 2013.
After its successful launch and release in Nigeria, the new album has
strongly affirmed Iyanya as one of the biggest African artists of 2013.
The Album launch Concert is organised by Cokobar.com, the same team
behind Wizkid’s sold out gig at the HMV Apollo in 2012.
Iyanya, the co-‐owner of the Made Men Music Group, also known as
“Triple MG” became a popular force within the Nigerian music scene in
2012, when he released his hit single Kukere, with over seven million
views on youtube. He went to release his second successful single ‘ Your
Waist’, which is still heard in many clubs today.
The singer has risen in stature to become an A-‐list artiste in such
a very short time. Last year, he performed at the Sold Out AY Comedy
Show in London. The crowd went wild as he performed his songs and

R&B Singer Banky W on Friday night at the Civic Centre Ozumba
Mbadiwe Road, Victoria Island, Lagos had his album launch concert titled
R&BW – The Grand Love Project.
The event was co-hosted by IK, Seyi Law & Freeze. Performances from
K9, Iyanya, Chidinma, Bez, Black Magic, Praiz, Shaydee, Lynxxx (with
Banky W), Niyola (with Banky W), Bez, Waje, Sound Sultan and Skales
thrilled fans who had a splendid time. There was also a special
appearance by Blackky came on stage and brought the house down with hit
songs starting with “Rosie” (anyone remember those days?).
They event was full of celebrites, Eldee, K9, Iyanya, Chidinma, Bez,
Black Magic, Praiz, Shaydee, Lynxxx, Niyola, Bez, Waje, Sound Sultan,
Skales, Blackky, Dotun, Freeze and Mannie (Cool Fm), I.K and Toke

Banky W stages R&BW - The grand love concert
The singer, songwriter and businessman has spent the last few years
grooming protégées like Wizkid, Skales and Niyola; running the EME label-
currently unarguably Nigeria’s number one music powerhouse.
Now, W is all ready to present his new body of work to millions of fans
around the world. And he’s setting it off with an intimate concert this
Valentine.
EME has announced
plans for the R&BW: “The Grand Love” Concert, saying, in a statement
released this morning, that the concert will hold at The Civic Centre on Ozumba Mbadiwe in Victoria
Island, Lagos on Friday, February 15, 2013.
It’s just about two months after the massive Baddest Concert, featuring
Banky and his label mates. The singer says he’s ready again, to treat fans to
the kind of special performance they won’t get anywhere else.
And
he’s joined by some of R&B's biggest names, including Wande Coal, Darey, Tiwa
Savage, Bez, Blacky and Faze. Other star performers, according to EME,
include Lynxxx, Sound Sultan, Iyanya, Praiz, Omawumi, Waje, J Martins, May D, Chidinma and many more to be announced.
EME homeboys Wizkid, Skales, DJ Xclusive, and Shaydee are also on the
bill, as well as first lady Niyola with special guests appearance by Don Jazzy
and Yvonne Nelson as well as other special surprises.
Banky W took time off finalizing the album, and rehearsing for the
concert, to speak with journalists on Wednesday, saying he ‘can’t wait to
present this beautiful album’.
'This is the year of R&BW’, he says, adding that the Civic Centre
concert is ‘one of many events’ that’ll mark the arrival of the long awaited
album.
