Update; Lagos State Governor Raji Fashola To Take Up Pa Kasunmu’s Medical Expenses

He did it for Nollywood actress, Ngozi Nwosu when all her colleagues abandoned her in her time of need as she was down with kidney-related ailment. He footed her medical bills and today she is back to life. Now it’s the turn of veteran actor, Kayode Dosumu, aka Pa Kasunmu, who cried out for help after he was hit with stroke. He needs about N12million to stay alive and his colleagues are not helping matters.

Governor Babatunde Fashola of Lagos State have come to his rescue and has agreed to take care of the ailing actor’s medical expenses. Such a kind gesture!

For those who do not know, Pa Kasunmu is one of the real pioneer actors in this industry that is now known as Nollywood. He also acted in one of the first popular comic movie: Lagos Na Wa.

Pa Kasunmu has been on admission at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital,Idi Araba in Lagos where all residential doctors have been on strike for some weeks now.
